You have to be extremely carefully with the cleaning of your teeth after the braces. You have to make sure that you maintain a regular cleaning pattern for these items even if you may feel painful sometimes. It is because regular cleaning is the only way to keep your teeth healthy during this period of time. There could be infections if you have bleeding in gums. The regular cleaning can kill the germs which can possibly damage your gums. Therefore, you would need to pay attention to this when you use the braces.
